If you need a little extra motivation or 1-on-1 training we have a select handful of recommended Personal Trainers that we can introduce you to.
All Personal Trainers are REP’s Level 3 certified which guarantees their qualifications and ongoing personal development.
The benefit of personal training with experienced and qualified trainers is that they will:
- assess your current level of fitness
- consider your goals; and then
- devise an individually tailored regime to help you achieve those goals quickly and safely
