We offer a 45 minutes initial consultation including treatment and then 30 minute follow up treatment session in two clinic rooms within the Elite Fitness Gym. Each treatment session is individually tailored to fit your needs and we are able to ulitise the gym equipment within these sessions if needed.
Womens Health Physiotherapy
Our Womens Health Physiotherapist treats a wide range of gynaecological conditions including continence problems and obstetric patients with pelvic girdle pain pre or post pregnancy. She focuses on meeting your treatment needs, setting practical goals and enabling you to feel informed and empowered about your body and how to get better.
At Home Physiotherapy
Our Domiciliary Physiotherapy service provides rehabilitation for patients within their own homes or in a community setting e.g a residential home. MyPhysio aims to help people to recover their movement and function as much as possible through teaching and helping patients to engage in movement, exercise and therapy techniques. We are recognised by all local General Practitioners as providing this service and have been added to the Age UK list of recognised service providers.
People who need to receive physiotherapy in their own home or place of residence and have one or more of a wide range of conditions including:

Meet the team
Laura graduated from UWE Bristol in 2002 with a BSC (Hons) in Physiotherapy and gained her MSC from Cardiff in 2014.
Lizzy qualified in 2003 from the University the West Of England, Bristol with a 2:1 BSC (Hons) Physiotherapy degree.
Kate graduated from Bournemouth University in 2005 with a BSc (hons) in Physiotherapy.
Victoria O’Sullivan graduated from King’s College, London in 2004 with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.
Antony’s passion for health and well-being first took him to Bristol in 1996 where he completed a MSc in Exercise and Health Sciences.
Naomi qualified from Filton College in 2011 with a Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Sport and Exercise Sciences and is currently studying Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation at the University of the West of England.
Helen has been qualified as a Sport Massage therapist since 2005 and has an ITEC diploma in Massage Therapy.
