Boxercise

This class is based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads and punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.

Body Conditioning

Body conditioning is an integrated, complete approach to strengthening your muscles whilst focusing on your core. This is an energetic multi-stationed class structured to improve many different components of fitness. This exciting class will assist in making improvements in your stamina and strength with a variety of traditional exercise stations. Circuits is a challenging and ultimately rewarding form of work out.
